The European Social Fund 2018 Case Study booklet is here!

The 2018 edition of the “Supporting Local Growth” case study booklet for the European Social Fund (ESF) programme in England has launched.

Since March 2015, the current 2014-2020 ESF programme has been co-funding projects across England and contributing to local growth by increasing labour market participation, promoting social inclusion and developing the skills of the potential and existing workforce.

The 2018 “Supporting Local Growth” case study booklet showcases some of the wide-ranging projects which have received support from the fund this year, celebrating their achievements and impact on local communities across the country.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is the Managing Authority for the programme and ESF is delivered with a range of partners, including other Government Departments and bodies across public, private and third sectors.
