What Works in Youth Employment Partnerships

The Institute for Employment Studies have published the first output from a three-year project on improving access to good quality work for young people. ‘What works in Youth Employment Partnerships’ is a collection of case studies and guide aimed at stakeholders who are working or looking to work as part of a youth employment partnership.

The guide includes insights and practical steps to support designing and managing partnerships and engaging young people and employers. While case studies give working examples of youth employment support programmes across the UK, using evidence based learning to show the impact, challenges and what works well. Overall the resources can be used to support those starting a partnership, or looking to improve on current practice.

‘What Works in Youth Employment Partnerships’ is available to download here alongside playback of a webinar presenting the key findings.
